What size should I order?

To know what your size is, just measure your foot. To do this, place it on a sheet of paper (you must stand upright) and ask another person to outline the front of your fingers and the back of your heel with a pen positioned vertically.

With the help of a tape measure or ruler see how many centimetres your foot measures, and check in our size guide (check if it is usually the size you wear). Don't forget that you always have to give half a number so that your finger doesn't touch the front of your shoe or boot.

How long will my order take?

As each pair of shoes/boots is custom made, when we receive the order, we take about 10 working days, although we do our best to deliver beforehand.

How long do I have to pay for the order?

The order is reserved until 48 hours after the date it was placed. Failure to pay will result in automatic cancellation of the order.

Can I receive my order at another address?

Yes, you can. As long as you indicate in the 'NOTES' area that you want the address 'X' to be the delivery address of the item.

How do I keep my shoes?

As we only use natural leather, there are certain precautions to be taken when storing your shoes.

Never put the shoes in the washing machine. If the shoes are made of leather, you should only use a damp cloth. On Nobuk leather you have to brush and remove as much dirt as you can and then spray with the waterproofing spray. This will prevent Nobuk from absorbing any drops that fall on the shoe or boot.

In daily use you should put the shoes in an airy place after use and, if possible, put a pad so they never lose their shape.

How can I exchange or return an item?

We accept the exchange or return of your items within 14 days. We will only exchange them if there is a plausible justification.

Once the conditions of the item have been confirmed, it will be refunded by transfer within a maximum of 48 hours.

The transport costs resulting from the exchange or return are borne by the customer. In this situation, only the value of the items is refunded, thus the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

In the event of a return being the cause of a logistical error by GREEN BOOTS, we will collect the item, assuming the costs of the return, as well as the shipping costs of the correct product.

The items you purchased must be returned in the original state in which you received them, accompanied by the respective invoice to the following address:
